Meet the Team
Daniel Desenberg - Founder & President
Daniel Desenberg was born and raised in the Sarasota-Bradenton area and founded Threshold Construction with a commitment to transparency, accountability, and quality craftsmanship. He earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida and began his professional career at Kennedy Space Center, where he worked as a cryogenic fuel systems engineer supporting NASA’s Artemis program.
He later returned home and built his construction career from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience across residential and commercial projects before launching Threshold Construction. Today, Daniel leads the company with a practical, detail-oriented approach and a strong belief that clients deserve clear communication, honest guidance, and dependable results.
